Qualifying
Split into two groups, the qualifying sessions gave the drivers the opportunity to show their pace without suffering too much from traffic. Kanato secured a convincing second place, while Kato qualified fourth for the Feature race. With only one push lap opportunity, Maciej struggled and took 20th place on the grid for both races.
Sprint Race
Taito and Kanato gave it everything in an extremely competitive Sprint, battling each other without ever jeopardizing the team’s objectives. They won numerous battles and Taito claimed his first Formula 3 victory, gaining eight places between the start and the finish. Maciej retired due to a technical problem.
Feature Race
Taito delivered another impressive race, securing his second podium of the weekend with a 3rd-place finish, which moved him up to 5th in the Drivers’ Championship. Kanato converted his excellent pace throughout the weekend into a fifth-place finish. Maciej found himself caught in a slipstream and DRS train, which does not always favour drivers attempting to make up positions. He ultimately finished 18th.
TAITO KATO:
“It’s an incredible feeling to win in such an historic track ! Starting ninth in the Sprint, I knew there would be opportunities to overtake, but perhaps not enough to win the race. The team had prepared a fantastic car that allowed me to attack without ever taking too much risk. I’m proud of Sunday’s podium and had a lot of fun battling against Kanato !”

Kanato continues to make progress, notably with a brilliant qualifying performance. Unfortunatly, Maciej was affected by several problems that prevented him from showing his full potential. I’m happy with the 36 points we scored this weekend, as it moved us up to 3rd place in the Teams’ Championship.“
