ART GRAND PRIX and RPZ RACING LIMITED announce that they have reached an amicable agreement, bringing to an end the dispute that had been pending before the Paris Economic Activities Court, notably in relation to the early termination of the sporting collaboration between ART GRAND PRIX and driver Zak O’Sullivan.
The agreement was approved by the President of the Paris Economic Activities Court at a hearing held on 16 February 2026.
ART GRAND PRIX and RPZ RACING LIMITED confirm that, despite the difficulties encountered during the 2024 FIA Formula 2 season, the two parties maintained a consistent, constructive and cooperative working relationship. The matters brought before the Court concerned exclusively contractual and financial matters.
ART GRAND PRIX would like to thank Zak O’Sullivan for his commitment and professionalism, as well as for the sporting results achieved during their collaboration, notably his victory in the Monaco Feature Race.
The parties wish each other every success in their respective future sporting endeavours.
